Checking for course updates

Hello!
I have a course with the title "10 ways how to..."
And once the course is checked and published, I plan to add new lessons to it regularly. This way the course will be constantly changing:

"11 ways how to..."
"12 ways how to..."

Tell me, please, at each update (adding a new lesson to the course) verification will again take 3-10 days and the course itself will not be available in Udemy catalog search for advertising and user purchase?
Or will the course also be available in Udemy search?
And only the lesson I just added will be checked?

Happy to help! Every time you add a new lecture or change the title of the course it will have to go through the Quality Review once more and your course will be out of the catalogue for the duration of the review.
