Hi - I've launch a course on May1 and had 2 signups - actually I've had 5.. but 3 enrollments first appear and then after a day vanish... obviously I get thrilled everytime I'm intimated about a new enrollment, and then disappointed when the number changes.
Has anybody else had this experience? Is this a glitch or are people actually signing up and then changing their minds? And how to handle it?
