If you go to your instructor dashboard on Udemy and go into the Tools menu, you'll find the Insights tool. It will tell you the demand for any topic that's currently on the platform, and just as importantly, how much competition you're facing in that topic. Look for the median revenue for the topic; that's probably a reasonable estimate for what you're likely to get from it.
