I am a new Instructor on Udemy, My student list is not appearing from yeste

I am facing problem related to student list.

It is not appearing since yesterday.

Also, revenue of new student not updated since yesterday.

I send a mail to

instructorsupport@udemy.com

Is this the correct email id to address this issue.
