I have a problem in receiving fees

Dears,

could you please help me? I uploaded my first course 3 months ago. The revenue report (May 2021) told me that the expected money was received on 7/7/2021. I checked my Paypal account, But it was a $ 0.00 balance !!!

How can I transfer my balance from Udemy to Paypal?

Please help me

they payout will be done automatically. You will receive notifications from PayPal. If the payout is done you will not see the ‘!’ for the month. You can contact udemy support. They will help to you check if there is any issue.

You should check the settings in PayPal, I have Payoneer and they usually transfer themselves the next working day.
