Hi everyone.. my name is favour and am a new instructor on board.. I just created my first course and within 4 day of publishing it for free to get enrollment to boost subsequent sale I hit 105 enrollments...just within 4 day and it's a huge milestone for me as a first time course creator..
However, my course is no longer on the free mode but I still receive enrollments from students who didn't pay for the course and I don't have a coupon created for the course either... Which means there is no access for free enrollment since I have taken it off from the free mode..
Please I need instructions on how to prevent illegal access to courses from people who don't want to pay but go behind to access courses for free

Hey!
There is nothing to worry about. Sometimes some statistics are updated after some time. That means these new enrollments are from your free access to the course previously.
I guess in approximately a few hours you won't see any new free enrollments, and you will only see paid ones!
I hope it was helpful, let me know.
Best Regards!

Hi @Chinonyerem996 Thanks for bringing this up! As your colleague mentioned, some enrollments might not have been updated in the statistics, but if you would like to confirm this, I recommend sending a report to Instructor Support. To contact the team, please open the help center article here and click “Contact Us” on the right.
