Is there any other softwere for making slides other than powerpoint.

Hello everyone..

I have been making a course and that course will be onscreen, and i am making it in powerpoint slides, but powerpoint slides do not looks good because my course is lengthy. I just want to know is there any other softwere to make my course look more better.. And I will be teaching onscreen. So, so keeping that in mind please suggest me any good softwere.

You can go for Google Slides too 

Softwares aother than powerpoint and google slides are not so good.

Keynote is pretty good if you are using Mac.
