I requested to be verified as an instructor 6 months ago and I sent a verification video. I am wwiting since then with absoloutely no answer!!!!! is this normal???? 🤔

We ask instructors to expect a response time of approximately 2 business days from the time you reached the team, as this may vary depending on the volume of tickets received.
