Manually verified my identity

Hi!

 

I have manually verified my identity by uploading a video. Its been more than two days but I haven't received any mail from Udemy. Could you please tell me where the problem is?

They are currently getting a lot of incoming requests. I suggest to wait a bit longer and otherwise to contact instructorsupport@udemy.com or to log a ticket at https://support.udemy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?type=instructor
