My course was Banned? without even reaching out prior to banning the course

Hello,

Can you please explain why my CompTIA Notes course was Banned?
I feel like Udemy shouldn't ban courses without an explanation.
I don't understand how I could just wake up, look at my courses, an see that 1 has been banned.
This hasn't been the first time something like this has happened.

Please let me know how I could get this course back up & running.

Hello @rmathisen - I don't think anyone here is going to be able to help you. We're all just instructors and moderators here. You will need to reach out to Udemy instructor support and instructorsupport@Udemy.com (I think).

 

I will say though this appears to be an on-going issue with instructors. Courses get banned or taken off-line with no explanation from Udemy as to why or what the instructor needs to do. This is one area Udemy can certainly do a MUCH better job.

Can you possibly ask that someone reaches out to me?
