I am sure that there are other topics in the community that covers it extensively, however, here is what I use:
1. Badicam for screen recording ( it is a paid product, you can use OBS studio as a great free alternative)
2. Audio recording in Adobe Audition, Bandicam and OBS also record the audio fairly cleanly

Yes, that's what I recommend to others, especially to new instructors.

OBS Studio is enough for recording, and for editing VSDC soft free or Flimora (paid) if can pay.
