No Publish button next to Preview on Most Lectures

What do I have to do to get the Publish button to appear? 
I clicked "Preview" then "as instructor" and watched the video at double speed on a new tab. 

But the Publish button still has not appeared.

Now I do see the Publish button, maybe there is some lag time between watching and the time it appears?  I did refresh the "Curriculum" page after doing the preview.

Hi @NealWalters891 Great and good luck! the publish button should be at the left hand side botton. I think you have figured it out already :). I just published my first course as well, awaing the review, wish me luck!
