Can any one suggest, is there any free tool to recording video with good background change ?

I don't see an option to share the screen and to on the video. Can you guide How can I do that ?

You can start streaming or recording. To start streaming, go to "File > Settings," configure your stream settings (like streaming platform and stream key), and click "Start Streaming." To start recording, click "Start Recording."
