Go to solutionHello, So I just got the go ahead from the Udemy review team to go ahead and upload my course.
I wanted to ask: what difference would offering my first course for free compared to putting a price tag on it make ?
My course is in the Mathematics field, it's about Matrices and determinants - if this makes any difference.
Thanks, I await lots of responses😊🤝

Go to solutionHi @Tutor Ebby, welcome to the community! Check out this thread where your question has already been answered: https://community.udemy.com/t5/First-time-Course-Creation/First-Course-Free-or-Paid/td-p/77803
Edit: If the link you clicked says "Invalid parameters specified", try to copy the link URL and paste it into your browser address bar. There seems to be a bug on Udemy when linking community links in other posts.

Go to solutionHello @RealFelix
Thank you so much.
That reply was prompt as it was useful!
I've visited the link and learnt about the pros and cons of offering for free and I can deduce the reverse case.
Thanks.
