You're probably on the wrong website.
If you want control of your courses to be sold at the price you want, without discounts, and without involvement of subscription users... you're basically avoiding Udemy's marketing. And that's the main point of hosting your course here.
My honest opinion. You'll be better off accepting Udemy's help in marketing. Or hosting somewhere else if you don't want it.
