I made a coupon for free and it says it is not activated. What is the solution?

Hi @LabeebMeshel Sorry to hear that! It seems that you need to check the expiration date of the coupon by accessing "promotions" and you will see the following ( see screenshot)
Make sure the coupon is active by toggling the status button from off to on. If the issue persists, please send the report to the Instructor Support team. To contact the team, please open the help center article here and click “Contact Us” on the right.
