Trouble with getting verified

Hi, I hope everyone is well. I'm having trouble with the verification process. It failed online and although I've sent an email to policy@udemy.com and verification@udemy.com it still says my acc will be deleted on 3rd of May. Is there anything else I can do to get verified correctly? I'm based in the UK, if that plays a role. Thank you.
