Go to solutionI published my first video on Udemy, and after 2 weeks I received the email by the Trust&Safety Team about the Course Image Standards.
Honestly:
* I don't know what image they are speaking about
* The images are already passed the initial checks
Now, someone can you give me some tips or suggestions to understand what I have to change ?
Thanks

Go to solutionHi @GD-543 This is the course image for the overall course and it appears whenever someone finds your course in search. As a general rule, you may use text in an iconic way such as a logo or product name related to the course, please refer to this article https://support.udemy.com/hc/en-us/articles/229232347-Course-Image-Quality-Standards
Here are some posts that share information about image creation software :

Go to solutionThanks Eliana
2 main points for you:
1- Those pages don't work, maybe are removed
https://community.udemy.com/t5/First-time-Course-Creation/Image-Editing-Software/m-p/61019

There is an error message of "Invalid Parameter Specified", may you recheck and publish the right ones?
2. Why into the email is not specified anything about you say?
I guessed that the email is an auto-generated email and like that, there is no path to drive me into the direction that you specify.
Can we do something to avoid and enhance this service ?

Go to solutionSorry I still have doubt . You say course product name may be used as text. Can you please give an example ? For example if I teach windows 10 administration course . Can I use text "windows 10" or "win 10" on course image . Please clarify
