Hello,
Regarding my live course https://bit.ly/physics-for-unity-2022-on-udemy, here are some possible Udemy platform bugs I'm experiencing. I'm seeking solutions.
BACKGROUND
I have preview videos throughout my course that work well. By coincidence I previously had 1 preview per section. Worked great.
Today I added new preview videos into the first section. They are LISTED properly for the user (see image #1). Great.
Clicking on any of them opens the floating video window. Great. However, instead of playing the one clicked, the top-most video is played (BUG) and the new videos from today are NOT listed (BUG).
QUESTION
* What is the suggested solution so that all 5 videos (see image #1) are listed, clickable, and playable?

Is this issue sorted now? I am facing same issue for my course where the videos I have enabled for preview are not showing up.

Hi @AmeyHegde I'm sorry you are facing this issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to replicate the issue. I have accessed your course landing page and played the preview videos and they work fine. Could you please try some basic troubleshooting like clearing cookies and cache? If the issue persist, please submit a formal request to our Instructor Support team. To contact the team, please open the help center article here and click “Contact Us” on the right.

Its working fine now. Maybe it just took some time to update the preview enabled videos.
