What happens After I publish my course if i host some where else also?

I found Udemy is good, but what happens when i publish same video content to some where else ? like teachable ? or some other websites the same content ?

will i get banned ?

The only restriction @PavanCM @is if your course is picked up by Udemy for Business. You cannot then publish it elsewhere, this has come in recently.
