Hi @Dr. Attia - د. عطية I see there are two things that are you need to do first before saving the course landing page.
1. You'll need to click where it says "Crop image"
2. You'll need to wait for the promotional video to get updated on the platform (no action needed from your end), now you just need to click the "Save" button at the top right and the information will be saved. Also, feel free to check it up later on the day to see if this gets updated, if not please reach out to instructorsupport@udemy.com.
