i wanr any recommendations about free programme to record the screen and editting

If on windows try to use obs studio...it is free and really powerful...

If on ipad, their basic screen recording is enough...

You will need a separate video editing software...

@ElhadiMohamed  Kdenlive and Openshot are 2 free video editors that come to mind at the moment.

Can use as simple as MS Powerpoint, all my courses are using MS Powerpoint only
