I'm Rita Ribeiro, I'm portuguese and a physiotherapist with a 5 year experience in the area.  I love to teach about my knowledge and help people improve their quality of life. 

I don't have any experience teaching outside my profession, but I love teaching exercise classes and get people to move! 

That's why I did my online course, helping people improving their posture and starting physical exercise. I'm just at the beggining but I would love to know how to reach more people with my course.
