Hi all,
Just wondering if others are having same difficulty as I am trying to save new course cover image. There is very little support for instructors. There should be tech support available via chat or an email to fix problems rather than pointing to articles which does not help at all.
I'm following all the guidelines of the cover image and yet is simply does not save. This is extremely frustrating experience!

I was not able to find any recent email sent to our support team about this issue. Could you please send us a new one to our Instructor Support Team? click on any article support and then click on the "Contact Us" option on the right side, please attach the course image so we can try it on our end.
Let me know once you send the email to make sure we get it.
