Make sure we continue to speak up as instructors. The last thing we need is to be complacent. Great companies are made when they are constantly challenged to improve and make it a more sustainable company through changes that were brought about by those speaking up. The way you wrote this was very combative in tone, not a great way to spread a message of hope and challenge.

I get your point but why the disrespectful and degrading language? It just takes away from your message, and does not make it possible to have a fruitful discussion.

Yeah, I'm sure the people that won't pay $12 for a 40-hour course are gonna absolutely jump right on the 1:1 coaching for $150 for a half-hour session. lol…. Come on, now.
