It’s very encouraging to hear that management is working on tangible initiatives. I hope these efforts will help boost instructor morale and put us back on a growth path with a positive outlook. It is very important for instructors to feel that this is a business with growth potential. We've lost that excitement for several years.
From the instructor side, the key observation is that it’s impressive Udemy is achieving a higher lifetime value per learner through subscriptions. Hopefully, the measures leadership introduces will address the current situation in which a higher lifetime value per learner does not correspond to improved revenue for instructors.
