j. I am not sure that you can be only in UB. As my data shows, I am very much in the marketplace.

c. Small correction: not Six Sigma, but Lean Management and Leadership. I do stay within what I know from experience and do not drift into teaching a subject like six sigma which is well taught by other instructors. This was also true in my consulting work before Udemy. More than once I was asked to consult on a business problem that was beyond my real expertise and I would turn it down. That always increased my standing with the client and resulted in more business that was in my area.

i. I would only respond to a one or two star rating if it contained a comment that I felt needed a response. I did get a two star review a while ago that said "So, we have to listen to an old man in business clothes?" I did feel the need to respond with "So, you would rather learn business strategy from a young guy in a t-shirt?" I couldn't resist.
