Adding a menu with time index for the user navigate easy in video ?

Hello,

I would like to add a menu index in a video so the user could naviagte directly to the time of interest in the video instead of searching by himself where is the information he is seeking...

Is it possible ? If not, it would be a very interessting feature for all the user !
