Video quality review

I am uploading 1920*1080 frame size videos but the quality reviewers again and again saying that video is not filmed in proper ratio.

The same video they have passed in test video.

Please help me out with the solution.

    Actually, the fault is with promotional video. I have wrongly uploaded the small promotional video from kinemaster. That's the issue.

    Not with my lectures video.
