Payment not received yet
I haven't received any payment for the courses that were sold yet. Is it typical to experience such a delay, or could there be an issue that needs to be addressed?

Because of Udemy's 30-day money-back guarantee, all payments are delayed for at least a month. Udemy only pays out once a month, and you can find the estimated payment day in your Revenue Report by hovering over your name in the top right when you are on the instructor page (I believe it shows as a student as well)
For example, any courses sold in March would be paid out around May 8th.
