Error while adding quiz

in First-time course creation

Hello, I am Aneerav Sukhoo and I am with my first course. While adding a quiz, I am getting the error:

(1062, "Duplicate entry '4294967294' for key 'PRIMARY'")

Can anyone help me to find out what should be done?

    I have the same problem. Already had added a quiz to my new course about Huntington's clash of civilizations in soms sections like 5 and 6). But then wanted to add a quiz to Section 1 and it gave me this error no matter what title I gave.

    PS: the number was different of course. I understand it's a database issue.
