Tax Settings Page Error

Hi everyone,

I'm an instructor & learner on Udemy.

I'm currently trying to upload my tax documents however each and every time I try to follow the instructions a page error occurs with no explanations. I tried contacting customer service but in vain. Can anyone raise awareness on this technical issue?
