Lectures keep getting deleted - How can I recover?

I've experienced this a couple times already. I'm not sure if it's just my cursor floats around the screen quickly, but I've experience where i get a message that a lecture is being deleted, (which i never chose to do) and it's too late for me to stop it from happening.

Is there a way to recover a deleted lecture?

    I’m curious if you are on an iPad/tablet or computer. Yeah on my iPad I have to watch when I scroll because I move things around not intending to.

    I don’t think you can recover the lectures. More info HERE where it states:

    Please note that the lecture and its content cannot be restored once the lecture has been deleted.
