Deliberate White noise in Meditation Program Audio
Geetings,
I'm a Development Professional by career with a passion for Meditation and Yoga, I've created a Guided meditation program. However, I'm concerned about a potential issue.
I understand that Udemy often rejects audio with background noise. My meditation audio intentionally includes white noise, which is integral to the course. I'm wondering:
1. Is there a high likelihood of rejection due to this intentional background noise?
2. If rejected, could this negatively impact my future standings on the platform?
3. Is there a way to contact Udemy for special consideration, given that the background noise is an essential element of the course?
Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Why not upload without white noise? Once the course is approved, take it down and replace with white noise meditation.

Hi @Greenback
,Thank you for your post!
I understand your concerns about white noise and our Quality Review Process. While there's a possibility that our team may reject a course due to background white noise, you can resubmit the course with a comment to explain the reason behind it. Additionally, feel free to contact our policy team at policy@udemy.com beforehand to ensure you're following the best practices.
P.S. White noise is truly a gem, especially for sleeping and meditation. (I know that 99.99% of our instructors hate it -which is quite understandable- when recording their videos..
