I am interested to start recording my training videos. can someone help me how to be more effective recording?

Heya @diyana - those resources above are a great place to start.
Some things that I've learned over the past few years…
- Get a mic - even a cheap $10 lavalier (collar) mic will improve your sound quality
- Lighting - don't put lights behind you, but them behind the camera. You don't need anything fancy (I started using a desk lamp), but lighting yourself will help folks see you better
- Rehearse - take a moment to rehearse before you record (or even make test recordings). I find I don't really "warm up" until I've a few minutes into recording.
- have fun with it - I make courses because I enjoy it… when I find it's stressing me out I step away and do something else.
