Complete Premium Application

Hoping to have my first course published, past 2 hours of content / video recording I was asked to do pricing and to complete Premium Application. I have decided to go with Payoneer as a “Payout Method” and I have since succeeded in opening a Payoneer Account. In the Udemy “Premium Instructor Application” page and under “Payout Method” section I still have Payonner showing a “Pending” and clicking the “Connect” button takes me to a page where I will be applying for a Payoneer card. Cannot pass this stage please adivse

Regarding your Payoneer account: typically, it takes about three to five business days to receive final approval from Payoneer. If it's been longer than this, we recommend contacting Payoneer directly, as they can access your account and provide any necessary information.

I have tried contacting payoneer, still not able to link my account. recreated account still no joy. Incase someone has come across this error attached please advise
