Is it allowed to create external links to exercises and put them as a resource?

I would like to create an E-book with content and links and put this as an resource.

My links will be to an external platform. In my case "Wordwall".

    You can include external resources as hyperlinks to free websites, these resources should be free, relevant to your lecture topic, and non-promotional.
