Completion of Course Statistics and Data

Is there a way for an instructor to go in and check if a student has completed and uncheck it on Udemy? Why would they do that? I have completed several courses on Udemy, yet the last chapter will end up unchecked. Which means Udemy's overall statistics of courses actually completed by students will not be accurate. I am just curious. Thanks

I don't think one can uncheck completions.

Instructors cannot check or uncheck a student’s course progress, but students can manage it themselves. Lectures are automatically marked as complete once watched fully. Alternatively, students can manually mark them as complete if needed.

If you see incomplete content that you have not manually unchecked, please contact our Student Support team here by clicking on the "Contact Us" option so they can check further.

I have deliberately checked these courses as completed, many of times.. Yet, they keep getting unchecked as if they are not. I don't understand why that keeps happening and that is exactly why I have reached out. I have received certifications for them. This is interesting to me. But ok.
