Watermark For Course Videos

I have looked at the blog on this topic and it does not have any specific dimensions for the watermark. Just recommendations.

Does anyone know if there is a max dimension for the watermark? I have attached two variations of a watermark I want to adheres to the guidelines but I have no idea if these are ok. Can someone with experience take a look at both of them and let me know which one they think is better and if I am on the right track and also give me any suggestions for applying this watermark to a future course?

Watermarks should be subtle and unobtrusive, ensuring they do not distract from the content. Avoid using placement or colors that might interfere with the learning experience.
