Hi Udemy Team,

I wanted to check if Udemy follows a standard ticketing system like other LMS platforms, where instructors can track the progress of their course reviews. It would be helpful to have a transparent system to monitor updates instead of waiting without any insight.

Additionally, could you clarify how Udemy aligns with CA qualification standards? Is there a public declaration page outlining the compliance process?

My course has been in draft mode for three days, and students are asking about its availability. It’s surprising that a renowned LMS platform is taking this long for approval, with no visible updates from the policy team.

Key questions:

  1. Who is currently handling my case?
  2. Why is there no progress bar or report available for instructors to track approvals?

As instructors, we invest significant time and effort in creating quality courses that benefit both parties. However, the lack of responsiveness and transparency in the review process is frustrating. I would appreciate a clear update on my course status.
