Getting error while Bulk upload questions

Hi, I am encountering an error while performing a bulk upload of a CSV file. I noticed that the error message highlights only five columns at a time. When I delete those columns, the error shifts to the next five, which is quite surprising. I have already verified the data in the Excel sheet, and everything appears to be correct. Could you help me troubleshoot this issue?
