“Unexpected Error Before Uploading Test Video”

Hi everyone! 👋

I'm in the process of submitting my test video, but I ran into an issue. I'm getting an "Unexpected error occurred" message before I even get the chance to upload the video.

I’ve already:

• Completed my instructor profile

• Tried different browsers and cleared my cache

• Double-checked everything on my end

But the issue still persists. 😅

check your date and time setting and be sure is the exact time in your machine. This was happened to me years ago and I was using my smartphone to upload my videos. Until I fix it.
