Will this be acceptable on udemy. also I have not done any fancy editing other than whats required.

    If Udemy needs confirmation, they will certainly ask you for a video.
    You can still show yourself in the introduction video which will certainly help the students to put a face to the tutor. Just my opinion.

    according to my experience, using your face helps in creating more engaging content and also helps with personal branding
