I have seen everywhere on this site of people asking how to creae a course. In this guide i will explain how to find 'create a course', and actually making it, uploading it, and microphones and recording devices you may need.

first, here is a link for all microphones and recording devices i would recommend.

https://teach.udemy.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/AudioVideoTools_EN.pdf

(picture at the bottom)

ok, first lets navigate to 'create a course'

go to udemy.com, than in the right top corner your profile picture or the first letter of your name(depending if you havent uploaded a picture yet)

then navigate to 'Instructor dashboard'.

then scroll down till you see 'new course' and click it.

select course

then a title of what your course is about, and then catagory.

then you will be here. the website there explains everything so i wont go into much detail about it but it gives you enough info. throughout all the sections, make sure you save it, and there must be a tick here:

and then upload your videos in the curriculum section.

for any questions or any help needed, please comment or mention me in a question.

please like and comment to make this trending so more people see it!

  • I am about to publish my course, but the quality review team initially complained that my thumbnail includes test. I have removed the text, marked the message as fixed but they kept sending the same message after each resubmission. What do I do?

Hello @Engr. Opeyemi. Sorry to hear your course wasn’t approved due to the image containing text. For this kind of issue, the best thing to do is reach out to our Trust & Safety team at policy@udemy.com, they’ll be able to review the situation and guide you through the next steps.
