When I click preview course the max. available resolution is 720?

Hi, I upload Full HD resolution , but when trying to preview it's just up to 720 max? Is this until the course is published or? 720p would be reason to abandon Udemy platform as that's not good enough to be able to follow the course.

    Hi @Dev1Games, Thanks for your question. Even if you upload your videos in HD resolution, Udemy initially adjusts the playback to 720p during preview. However, Udemy uses an “Adaptive Streaming” player for course videos, which isn't yet available for all courses by default. We’re always happy to enable it upon instructor request.

    When enabled, students can select an “Auto” streaming option, allowing for 1080p playback if their device, network, and screen size support it. To get adaptive streaming enabled for your course, please open the help center article here and click “Contact Us” on the right.
