Making my course paid in udemy but free in other platforms.

i love udemy, had some good teachers and would like to publish content here, the question is can i publish my course on other sites and make it free? wish to open source the course (only published on github and udemy).
can i announce that is available for free in the preview of the course?

You're welcome to publish your courses on any platform of your choice. We just kindly ask that if a course is paid for on Udemy, it isn’t offered at a lower price elsewhere.

Please keep in mind that courses shared on platforms other than your website won’t be eligible for inclusion in the Udemy Business catalog. Publishing a course that's part of the Udemy Business collection on another platform may lead to its removal from the catalog.
