Hello everyone!

Bad attitude from the support service, I write to them for several days to solve my issue with the publication of the course, I do this with breaks of 2-3 days for a month, but they do not answer. It is very strange for such a platform not to answer for months!

Has anyone encountered this?

Is it normal to wait months for an answer?

Hello Elianac , I'm not sure if this is the problem- there is no explanation of the cause of the problem in the response letters just an automatic response to my letter. I decided to finish it and filled out the form again and sent it in the response letter. I will wait for the answer and come back here with the results
