Can students from Philippines and Vietnam buy my course?

Hi!

I have a nice community based mainly in Philippines and Vietnam. I want to monetize my community and teachings so planning to potentially use Udemy. I am a bit confused on the following:

- What is the "personal plan" for students?
- https://teach.udemy.com/personal-plan-markets/ here it says that personal plan is coming soon to my target locations, so I should assume I should wait more time for the course?

As mentioned in the article you linked, Udemy is currently experimenting with introducing the Personal Plan in markets like the Philippines and Vietnam. This means it may not be fully available yet, but there's no need to wait to get started.

You can absolutely go ahead and create and publish your courses in the Udemy Marketplace. Once the Personal Plan becomes available in your target countries, eligible courses may also be considered for inclusion in the subscription model.
