My Introduction

Hi Folks,

My name is Philipose John, I'm a learning and development consultant with a corporate experience of a little over 33 years, my learning and development experience is a little over 20 years. My last corporate role was in IBM Daksh & IBM India combined together for 11.5 years, I quite IBM India in 2016 and I have been an independent learning and development consultant ever since. I design, develop and facilitate professional and leadership Development Workshops across India, across sectors and across hierarchies. I am new to this area but no new to virtual learning. I would love any help on creating new content which would help the larger online learning community.
