My PDFs uploaded into Resources section are not downloadable

Hi, Can someone help me? I have a course reviewer for the first course. She is not able to open the PDFs. Cannot download them, this is what she said. "I tried the resource buttons during the course and the resources didn't appear. I saw the PDF, but couldn't click on it fast enough to obtain it. Additionally, there were statements indicating that we could not access assignments. The resources can be obtained with a credit card for $49.99. So if the course is free, the student is not able to download the materials? Is this correct ?

We’re sorry to hear that one of your students is experiencing difficulties downloading the resources in your course. In this case, we recommend advising the student to contact our Student Support team so they can further investigate any issues related to downloading resources or assignments.

Additionally, please note that students enrolled in a free course that includes resources are able to download them.
